There are many interesting places to visit, or just relax in the gardens or by the pool.

We have owned this property for 30 years and it is now time for us to move on.

It has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms / shower rooms and 5 WC's, 2 sitting rooms, 2 fitted kitchens with all facilities and dining area. It is double glazed throughout.

The present configuration consists of a gite, a converted barn (which we use as our summer home), and a self-contained en-suite bedroom. It has two cellars and a garage.

The grounds extend to about 0.7 hectare, (a little under 2 acres). There is a secluded 10x5m swimming pool and flower gardens, an orchard with picnic table, lawns, a vegetable garden and terraces.

It has Wi-Fi, Satellite TV and air conditioning.

We would expect the income renting for 18 weeks a year to be in excess of £10,000 based on previous years.

It is fully fitted and furnished, ready for immediate use.
